I'm the founder of a property management company that blossomed from humble beginnings in Rhode Island. Starting from the trunk of our car, my partner and I nurtured our business into a thriving enterprise managing over 800 units. Our journey was filled with challenges—from tenant and owner management to business expansion—but we overcame each hurdle with perseverance, a relentless work ethic, and an unwavering determination to succeed.
Our approach wasn't just about growing our company; it was about solving problems creatively and fostering success, not only for ourselves but also for the property owners we served. One memorable instance was turning around a nearly foreclosed property by securing a tenant that significantly boosted the owner's income, exemplifying our commitment to going above and beyond for our clients.

An encounter with a tenant who was a skilled painter but hesitant to cooperate with us turned into a partnership that benefited everyone involved. This tenant not only became our go-to for property maintenance, painting, and repairs but also our first employee and eventually our Maintenance Supervisor. I'm a Florida native who grew up in Bradenton. I moved to Orlando in 2001 and began investing in real estate in 2005. I've been a landlord for 18 years and own several rental properties in Central Florida. I've been a member of Central Florida Realty Investors since 2006 where I also served on the board of directors. My degree is in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!) and I have previous experience working in production operations at Lockheed Martin where I was responsible for cost, quality and schedule for multiple programs.
I have been married to my wife, Heather, for 18 years and we have two adorable boys. I'm an active member of St. Luke's Lutheran church where I also serve on the board of elders. I'm on the low end of being an intermediate guitar player and strive to learn one new Zeppelin song per month. Don't ask me to play Heartbreaker just yet.
